Many landlords, letting agents and absent homeowners benefit from the peace of mind offered by our property maintenance services. We:
- Assess minor or more serious property-related issues. This could be something raised by tenants, or something brought to light in a vacant property while the home owner is away;
- Get a landlord or home owner’s permission to carry out any necessary work and then carry out the work. In an emergency, we can carry out work immediately, without prior go-ahead, providing an agreement is made beforehand;
- Keep landlords or homeowners fully updated on progress by email (including photos), Skype or phone.
We have many repeat clients who call on our experienced team for minor and major repairs. While many of our (non-rental) clients ask us to keep a copy of their keys, so we can respond quickly if there is an issue with their home in their absence.
